Web design in Mississaugafast sites that turn visits into calls.

I design and build small business websites in Mississauga and across the GTA. They load fast on an ordinary phone, rank for the searches your customers make, and put a call or a booking one tap away. Most of my web work is rebuilding slow WordPress sites while keeping the rankings they have earned.

Why speed mattersGoogle tests every site on a slow phone.

Google PageSpeed Insights loads your homepage the way an ordinary phone on a slow connection would, and scores it out of 100. Ninety and up is Google's good. Before I rebuilt them, these two sites scored 34 and 51 on that test. After: 95 and 91. New sites since then have scored 93 to 100.

Website servicesfrom a first site to a rebuild.

Most of my web work is rebuilding slow WordPress sites for small businesses in Mississauga and across the GTA, and keeping the rankings they have earned. These are the jobs I take on.

  1. Website design

A new site for a business that has outgrown the template, or never had one. I plan the pages around what visitors come to do, design for the phone first, and build it to load fast and rank. Every page gets a title, a heading and structured data written for the search your customers actually make.

  2. Website redesign and WordPress rebuild

Most of my web work. I rebuild slow, patched together WordPress sites as fast, plain pages, and I map every old address to its new one so the rankings carry over. The clinic rebuild kept 77 of 77 old URLs working.

  3. Website speed optimization

When the design is fine and only the speed is the problem, I fix what Google's test flags: oversized images, unused scripts and stylesheets, missing caching, a layout that jumps while it loads. You get the before and after from the same test.

  4. Landing page design

One page, one offer, one action, built by the same person who runs the Google Ads behind it. Every enquiry records the click it came from, so you can check the ad platform's numbers against your own.

  5. E-commerce websites

Custom checkouts on Stripe where a full store is more than you need, and WooCommerce where a store is already running: I keep three live WooCommerce stores going for one framing business.

  6. Local SEO

Showing up when someone in Mississauga searches for what you do: your Google Business Profile, the page it links to, the titles and headings on each page, and structured data that tells Google what your business is and where it serves. The same work this page is built on.

How it worksone conversation, one plan, one price.

No sales pitch and no surprise invoices. Show me where your site falls short and I come back with the plan and the price.

  1. Chat with Andrew

A 30 minute Google Meet. You walk me through how you actually run things. I tell you straight whether a custom build is the right call or whether you should just buy something off the shelf.

  2. Approve the Plan

I send back a plain English plan: what's in, what's out, what it costs. You read it, mark it up, sign off.

  3. Go Live

I build, and you see the work as it takes shape. When it's ready it ships to your domain. The code, the database, the deploy keys are all yours from that day.

Web design questionsasked on most intro calls.

Six answers before you book. Anything else, ask me on the call and you will get a straight one.

Will my rankings drop if you rebuild my site?

Not when the move is done properly. I map every old address to its new one before launch, keep the page titles and content Google already ranks, and check the whole list afterwards. The clinic rebuild kept all 77 old URLs working and the rankings came with them.

Do I keep my domain?

Yes. The domain stays in your name and in your own registrar account. If it is currently registered under a previous developer, moving it back to you is one of the first things we do.

Can I edit the site myself?

Usually you send me the change and I make it: new hours, a new photo, a new team member. The sites I build are plain pages with no editing system behind them, which is a large part of why they are fast and have nothing to hack. If you want to edit pages yourself, say so on the call, because that is a different kind of build and we plan for it from the start.

Do you do WordPress?

Yes, and I will usually talk you out of it. I move sites off WordPress onto plain, fast pages: nothing to patch, no plugins to update and no admin login for bots to hammer. That is where the speed and the security come from.

What about hosting?

I set hosting up in your name and size the plan to the site. Most clients keep me on a monthly plan that covers hosting, backups, updates and small changes, and the account is still yours.

How much does a website cost?

A fixed price, in writing, after the intro call. It depends on the number of pages, whether there is a store or a booking system, and how much of the old content comes across. I do not quote before I have seen the current site and heard what you need it to do.

How does your site score?Let's find out together.

Book a 30 minute call and bring your web address. I run it through the same Google test, show you what is slowing it down, and you leave knowing what a rebuild would change.
